Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hbja", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the hbja platform and its operating entity, accessible at hbja.io.
• "Platform" — refers to the hbja website, mobile-optimised web interface, and any related digital services provided under the hbja brand.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the hbja Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to a registered user account on the hbja Platform, created by completing the registration process and verified in accordance with hbja's identity verification procedures.
• "Wallet Balance" — refers to the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and realised winnings held within a User's hbja Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers specifically to funds deposited by the User via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other accepted payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by hbja, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms as communicated at the time of each promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, crash game, bingo round, or any other gaming product available on the hbja Platform.
• "Winnings" — refers to any monetary return credited to a User's Account as a result of a successful Wager, after deduction of the original stake where applicable.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency unit used across the hbja Platform.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by hbja prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any point hbja deems appropriate for fraud prevention.
• "BST" — refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all timestamps, match schedules, and transaction records on the hbja Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hbja. By performing any of the following actions, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms in full:

• Accessing or browsing any page of the hbja Platform.
• Completing the registration process and creating an Account.
• Making a deposit or placing any Wager on the Platform.
• Claiming any bonus, promotion, or free bet offered by hbja.
• Contacting hbja customer support in relation to an Account or any Platform service.

hbja reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the hbja Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and will continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform:

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses on hbja. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. hbja operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. If hbja has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification, and any Wallet Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the hbja Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hbja operates as an offshore platform under international gaming licence and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the hbja Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated Wallet Balances.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players

Individuals who have requested self-exclusion from hbja under the Responsible Gaming Policy are not eligible to create a new Account during the active exclusion period. Attempting to register a new Account while under self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a hbja Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP (one-time password) verification messages. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. hbja will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify hbja immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

hbja shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. All activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, remain your responsibility unless you have notified hbja of a security breach in a timely manner.

4.3 KYC Verification

hbja reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal, during a bonus claim, or whenever hbja's fraud prevention systems flag an Account for review. Documents that may be requested include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account matching registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph with a handwritten note displaying your Account username and the date.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, Account closure. hbja processes all KYC documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed in the Account cashier section.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hbja Wallet Balance within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. hbja does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. hbja accepts no responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider's systems or network conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by hbja within two business hours of submission for verified Accounts. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. hbja reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be approved:

• Full KYC verification must be complete.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full.
• The Account must not be under review, suspended, or subject to a fraud investigation.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Account's available Real Money Funds balance.

5.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit made via a payment method that does not belong to the registered Account holder will be reversed immediately upon detection. hbja employs automated and manual fraud detection systems and reserves the right to withhold any Wallet Balance pending investigation of suspicious deposit activity. Confirmed fraudulent deposits will result in permanent Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

hbja offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of each offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms for each individual offer. Wagering requirements that are not met within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Accounts in good standing that have not previously claimed the same offer. hbja reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility, modify bonus terms, or withdraw a promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to eligible Accounts.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate hbja's bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated betting with other accounts, stake patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hbja reserves the right to void all associated Wagers, forfeit all Bonus Funds and Winnings derived from bonus abuse, and permanently close the Account(s) involved without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on hbja — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, snooker, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by hbja's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, hbja's decision, made in good faith and based on available official data sources, shall be final and binding.

7.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer games (powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), crash games (Aviator by Spribe), and bingo — operate according to the rules published by the respective game provider. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness.

7.3 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

hbja reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion. A Wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake is deducted from your Wallet Balance. hbja may void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or events outside hbja's reasonable control that affect the integrity of the outcome.

7.4 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, platform error, or communication failure that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or balance figures, hbja reserves the right to void affected Wagers and restore Wallet Balances to their correct pre-error state. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known platform error are not payable and will be reversed. hbja will communicate any material system errors via the Platform or by email to affected Account holders.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbja Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or during any interaction with hbja.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or under self-exclusion.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any Platform feature or game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with hbja staff or other users.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

Responsible Gaming

hbja is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, hbja encourages players to make use of the following responsible gaming tools available directly within every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, no further Wagers can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that appear at set intervals (30, 60, or 90 minutes) to notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net session profit or loss, encouraging you to pause and assess your continued play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your Account remains inaccessible for betting purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block all future access. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hbja Platform — including but not limited to the hbja brand name, logo, graphic design elements, software, text content, data structures, user interface designs, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbja or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any hbja content without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any hbja software or content.
• Use the hbja brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of hbja's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability. hbja actively monitors for such infringement and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbja expressly excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from betting or gaming activity, whether resulting from skill, chance, or Platform error (subject to Section 7.4).
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or other interruptions to Platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Loss of data or corruption of information transmitted over telecommunications networks.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes or settlements.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In all cases where hbja's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, hbja's total maximum liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hbja Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by hbja

hbja reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Confirmed underage gambling or attempted underage access.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Non-compliance with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• A decision by hbja to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or market.

Upon termination for cause, hbja reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and Winnings derived from bonus activity. Real Money Funds (net of any fraudulent or reversed deposits) may be returned to the registered payment method at hbja's discretion following a completed investigation.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus Funds and any Winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which hbja holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the following order:

1. Internal Complaint: Contact hbja's support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. hbja aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
2. Escalated Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to hbja's senior compliance team, who will conduct a full review and provide a written decision within 14 business days.
3. Binding Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following the escalated review, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section prevents hbja from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

Amendments to These Terms

hbja reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on record no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at hbja.io/terms-conditions, with the effective date prominently displayed. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 12.2.
